My new album "Bi-polar Baby Strollers" is out now!

The songs on this record reflect my history of travelling around without a real hometown, longing for the one I have now found here in Göteborg, Sweden. They scrape together what I know about my illness and how it presides over my songwriting at times, but also how it has given me the energy to bounce back again and again from dark places.

The album is shaped by what little I know of my roots, experiences of broken hearts and complicated love, the death of close friends and what I learned from my time on the streets - being utterly alone and looking out for yourself any way you have to.

But it's also influenced and uplifted by all the new and excting changes in my life. The things I continue to learn - how to be a father, a good partner and what the future might hold for me and my own family.
